Exciting news for FNM players this month. We will now be running TWO concurrent FNM events every Friday. You can choose to play Standard OR Booster Draft each Friday, and FNM prize foils will be awarded in each event. There is no cost to play standard, and draft is still only 12 bucks for the 3 booster packs. The FNM foil for August is Krosan Grip. This is the perfect answer card for any artifact or enchantment and it cannot even be stopped by countermagic! Expect this card to be a staple in your collection if you are fortunate enough to get it. Sunday, August 15th is M11 Game Day! Bring your standard deck and compete for booster pack prizes! Finally, if you haven't joined the facebook group yet, the link is available at the right side of this page. I have a tournament in the works for later this month that will feature Archenemy! Once the full details are available, I will post it on our facebook page so stay tuned!

The FNM foil for July is Anathemancer. Punish your opponents for playing an excessive amount of nonbasic land in their decks with this savage little zombie. Best of all, he returns from the dead to smash them again!

M11 hits the shelves this month on Friday, July 16th. Join us on Sunday, July 11th for our M11 Prerelease event and on Sunday, July 18th for the Release Party. Players attending the Prerelease will each receive a promo copy of Sun Titan (while supplies last). This guy is sure to make an impact on the new face of standard, so come out and get a copy of this mythic monstrosity while you can. Players attending the Release Party will receive a copy of Ancient Hellkite (while supplies last). This fiery new wyrm will certainly smash some face and would make a fine addition to a few of your EDH decks.

Both the Release and Prerelease events will be sealed deck. There will be an entry cost of $27.00 to play and deck construction will start at 11am. Please note that this is an hour earlier than past tournament start times, so don't be late! We will also have booster drafts taking place as side events on both days so there will be additional ways for you to try your hand at M11 limited.
